Early Spring Wildflower Walk, Bells Mill

Starting at Bells Mill Road, we will explore the Yellow Trail and Forbidden Drive for early spring wildflowers.
Meet at Bells Mill Road and Forbidden Drive. We will walk uphill to see some beautiful, planted Trilliums and then continue on the Yellow Trail looking for other spring ephemeral wildflower, such as Spring Beauty, Jack-in-the-Pulpit, Jacob’s Ladder, and May Apple. Many of these beautiful wildflowers have a short growing season before the large trees obscure the light reaching the forest floor. Free!
