Richard’s Rambles

September 18 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

FOR ADULTS (18+) AND TEENS AGES 15-17
Join naturalist Dr. Richard Brenner for Richard’s Rambles, a series of immersive walks through Tyler Arboretum’s 650 acres. Each Ramble explores a different corner of the Arboretum—from towering trees and seasonal blooms to rocky outcrops, streams, and unique landscapes—highlighting seasonal changes, wildlife, geology, and history. Whether it’s spotting wildlife or learning about the land’s rich past, Richard will help you experience nature with new eyes. These outdoor adventures are perfect for curious nature lovers who enjoy being outside, learning something new, and paying close attention to the world around them. Each Ramble is shaped by the season, the setting, and sometimes even the weather.
Come curious, leave inspired.
Please wear sturdy shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water; long pants and insect repellent are recommended.
Upon arrival, please check in first at the Visitor Center, where you’ll then meet your guide.
