Earth Day Community Connection Hike with Hike+Heal
Meeting at Wayne Avenue Trailhead (W Sedgwick Street and Wayne Avenue) Join Hike+Heal and Friends of the Wissahickon for a special Earth Day evening walk celebrating our shared connection to nature and one another. As the day winds down, we’ll let our curiosity guide our way through Carpenter’s Woods as we reflect on how we can care for the earth beneath our feet. We’ll be using a few tools to help us understand our environment better! All are optional, but feel free to bring binoculars, your favorite plant field guide, and download the iNaturalist app here ahead of the hike.
