Quakers Behaving Badlye Brewing Co., Pennsbury Manor’s historic brew club, will be demonstrating a recipe for “Rembrandt beer,” which was created to approximate the shade of beer that Rembrandt depicted in “The Prodigal Son in the Tavern.”
This event is perfect for art enthusiasts and beer lovers alike! Who said a Dutch Golden Age painting and beer don’t go together?
Please note that this event is for demonstration purchases only. We do not give out samples of the beer.
Admission is purchased at the door. $9 for adults, $7 for seniors (65+), and $5 for kids (12 and under)
This program is provided free of charge with admission to Pennsbury Manor, which includes a tour of the Manor House and other historic buildings. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm. No reservation required for groups of 10 or fewer.
