Shake off the cold with a hot bowl of Swedish pea soup at the American Swedish Historical Museum! Ärtsoppa, or Swedish yellow pea soup, is the traditional Thursday night supper in Sweden during the winter that dates back to medieval times. ASHM’s Pea Soup Dinner is served with sharp Swedish cheese, bread, and Swedish pancakes and coffee for dessert. There will also be a cash bar. You do not want to miss out on this delightful meal! Pre-registration is required by January 22nd.
