Join Environmental Program Coordinator Colleen Winslow in learning how to make elderberry syrup, a wonderful tool for supporting the immune system. We will discuss identification, sourcing, medicinal properties, and the step-by-step process of making elderberry syrup. Participants will go home with a recipe card and a sample of the finished product.
Participants should bring their own chairs and/or picnic blankets! Please park in the public lot and meet behind the Carriage House.
