Summer Sky Fireside

This seasonal gathering offers a perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together and enjoy the outdoors on a summer evening.

Take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens during the cooling evening hours, grab food and taste refreshing lemonade in the edible garden, indulge in ice cream treats, and enjoy a local craft beer or two. Create lasting summer memories and embracing the spirit of community and nature.

Here’s what we have planned:

– 2 Food Trucks: Mobile Mess Hall & Plum Pit

– 2 Bars by Dock Street Brewing

– 1 Ice Cream Stand by Scoops

– 1 Handcrafted Lemonade Tasting Station

– FREE S’mores around the fire (while supplies last)

– Musical Guest Geoffrey Rice in the Barn

– Lawn Games, Bubble Machine, Chalk

– Story time at Lucille’s Garden

– Tours & Education Stations at the Pollinator Preserve and Lucille’s Edible Garden

– Learn about Bluebirds, Tyler Arboretum Chestnut Orchard work, and fun Citizen Science projects!

– Take a walk on the Scenic Loop, Native Woodland Walk, or meander at your own leisure.

No registration is necessary! This event is free for Tyler Members and free for visitors with admission to the Arboretum.  Guest and library passes may be used.  There is no rain date for this event.
