    Natural Lands’ diverse habitats sustain a variety of avian species. We’ll look for migratory and resident birds, including songbirds, raptors, and more.    Bring your binoculars and join us for a seasonal walk around one of our preserved open spaces.    The songbirds, raptors, waterfowl, and shorebirds—about 300 recorded species—that rely on habitats under Natural Lands care are not just beautiful but also essential to the health of our planet.   • Murmuration & Migrations: Spring Bird Walk

    Celebrate the rhythms of spring as we explore the magic of birds on the move. During this guided walk, we’ll watch for migrating species, observe local birds as they prepare for nesting season, and take in the flutter of winged life returning to the landscape. Led by our preserve management staff, you’ll get a personalized experience from someone who tends these lands on a daily basis.
