Saturday, December 21 12pm – 4pm 1301 Rose Glen Road, Gladwyne PA 19035 Free Come visit the yellow cottage in Rolling Hill Park for an insider look at Deirdre Murphy’s climate action artist studio. For the 6th year in a row we'll be getting together to socialize, eat, carve pumpkins, and see who makes the best maitake (or other mushroom) jerky. Everyone is invited! This year we are doing a costume contest, mushroom themed costumes are highly encouraged. Join the PMC for a free and public mushroom hunt!Meet outside the Lower Merion Conservancy Cottage (to the left as you drive in, away from the dog park). Look for our sign!We will have a short introduction and then break apart to look for mushrooms until 3pm. Then we will meet back at the starting point to set up our ID table and talk about what we found. Some snacks and drinks will be provided but you are welcome to bring more to share!
