TTK is on track to help build 1,000 new, energy-efficient homes on publicly-owned land. Eligible buyers may receive up to $75,000 to make purchasing a home more attainable. Through partnerships with local developers, Turn the Key is helping buyers secure quality, energy-efficient homes and build long-term equity.

    The Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show is hosting a preview party for its 49th year on November 6, 2025, from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. Guests receive early access to view and shop all work that will be on display from 195 incredible artists from across the country. The night will feature an awards ceremony where artists are awarded prizes for excellence, as well as a cocktail buffet of food and drinks. Preview party ticket holders may also attend every day of the craft show, complimentary. Dress code for the evening is cocktail attire.
