Curious about herbal remedies? Join us for Haverfarm's Fire Cider Workshop!Fire cider is an apple cider vinegar tonic and one of the oldest immune-boosting herbal remedies around. We will discuss the health benefits and how to make it, and you'll take home a jar of your own! This workshop will occur in the Haverfarm greenhouse and is limited to 15 participants.

Learn the basics of herbal medicine with us! Learn from, and with, plants found all over campus.We'll discuss the foundational knowledge for making herbal tinctures, teas, and salves and dive into the properties and benefits of a handful of easily accessible herbs. Use all of your senses to get to know an herb and go home ready to explore and create on your own! This event is free for Bi-Co students, and open to the entire community.
