Please be mindful of your surroundings when crossing Bell’s Mill bridge from the lower lot. There will be porta potties available nearby. Would you like to be part of keeping Wissahickon Valley Park beautiful and sustainable? Then join us along as we clear stormwater infrastructure of dirt and debris to maintain proper water flow, prevent erosion, and support the health of both the trails and surrounding ecosystems by reducing the risk of water damage

Earth Day Bells Mill Road Clean-Up

Meeting at Bells Mill Road and Forbidden Drive Our meeting location is about a .5-mile hike from both primary parking locations, as Bells Mill Road will be closed from Lykens Lane to Germantown Ave starting around 7:00 am. Regardless of where you park, be sure to refrain from leaving any valuables in your car. Please note that there will only be porta potty access during the service day. Meeting at Bell’s Mill and Forbidden Drive This location will not require hiking to access from the available parking areas. Please note that there will be porta potty access during the service day.
