About the Event A safer Germantown for all road users is possible. Join State Representative Andre Carroll, representatives from the City of Philadelphia, and community groups for a press conference and bike ride. We'll enjoy a tour of this historic neighborhood to highlight the the current state of road infrastructure and behavior in Germantown and the need for greater traffic safety measures.
