Community Hero Action Group Hosts Fourth Annual Community Health Conference and Festival
Community Hero Action Group (CHAG) will host its fourth annual Pennsylvania Black Health Matters Conference. This free four-day-long hybrid conference will hold a festival on Saturday, April 13th, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. EST held at Vernon Park, 5800 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, with live entertainment, dancing, food, giveaways, health demos, a voting lounge, the “Woosah” area, and more.
