Walk Around Philadelphia – 2023 Exhibit Closing, Film Screening and Q&A @ Studio 34

Philadelphia is large and contains multitudes. This exhibit, curated by longtime Studio 34 collaborator JJ Tiziou, features images from the city’s edge created by artists who’ve set out to explore the city’s margins on foot. Since 2016, Walk Around Philadelphia has evolved into a citywide public program that has facilitated the exploration of the city’s furthest (and wildest) reaches for hundreds of Philadelphians. Join us on June 4th 7-9pm for last chance to check out the exhibit, film screening of footage from the walk, and conversation / Q&A between JJ Tiziou & Morgan Andrews at 8pm.

We'll have been walking all day completing the final segment of our 100+ mile circumnavigation of the entire city border, and we'll be delighted to see you at the finish line. A brief orientation for new walkers will take place at 6pm. Food and drink should be available from Cherry St. Pier vendors. Walk Around Philadelphia t-shirts will be available for purchase as well (while sizes last). Optional after-party across the street at Fringe Bar.
