This is our second encaustic workshop, so the lesson will be slightly more involved than the first, but if you've ever held a paint brush (or not) you'll do just fine! Learn to make a wreath-sized flower out of repurposed aluminum cans!Oh, the possibilities of reuse! In this workshop, you'll learn to take aluminum cans from your favorite drinks and turn them into a wreath-sized flower to put in your garden, on your door, or anywhere inside or out! Who may participate? • Adults • Ages 14-17 with adult partner This workshop is fun for family members to do together, but keep in mind that some hand strength is needed to cut & staple the aluminum.What to bring? • 12-20 empty & clean aluminum cans. More cans = "fluffier" flower! Recommended
