The Philly Neighborhood Greening Roundtables

Selected residents will receive $75 each for their participation, plus lunch and refreshments. Please select “save your space” and answer the questions that follow.What would make your neighborhood “green”?The Academy of Natural Sciences ranks H amongst Philadelphia's eight most neglected and underserved neighborhoods. We need your help to discuss these questions: What would you do to make your neighborhood green? Plant trees and gardens? Reduce violence by building community spaces in vacant lots?

Only 30 residents will be chosen: must register & COMMIT TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL 3 workshops: July 19th, Aug 2nd, & Aug 16th, 5PM-7PM per datePlease join us in developing a community-led Green Vision Plan for Kingsessing. Your neighborhood has been selected to install a green demonstration project, which this community-led plan will determine. Collaborate on creating the types of green that will best support your community. We are sponsoring a three-part workshop series to co-create the Green Vision Plan.
