Join Us for an Evening of Release with Yoga, Sound Therapy, Fire Ceremony & Tribal Ecstatic DanceThis is the 2nd installment of The Release Oasis, an event in the dome at Life Do Grow Farm (Urban Creators). Come release anything that is no longer serving you through the modalities of movement & sound. This will be a 4-hour experience that will include a yoga flow by Adonis, a multiple player sound bath experience featuring James & Kuan, a journaling/fire release ceremony, and a tribal themed ecstatic dance party by DJ Pierre Paloma to enhance the energy of releasing through movement.Adonis
