Saturdays in the Park is a safe, welcoming space for community members to engage in activities that promote physical and mental wellness.Saturdays In The Park is a program of regular pop-ups in the community green space to provide community members with opportunities to reduce stress, increase connection, build skills and connect with community resources. By offering these pop-ups in coordination with Southside Clean Up events, we can continue to build community connections, nurture relationships, and streamline access to services, all of which are shown to be effective mitigators of stress, anxiety, depression and trauma.We will have snacks, water, art supplies

Our Queer Community Hikes are a safe space intended to foster a sense of community, while promoting time spent outdoors & self-care.Our Queer Community Series is designed for: anyone who self-identifies as a member or ally of the Queer Community. This is a monthly group outing designed to increase your general sense of well-being while combining gentle exercise and time spent in nature.Our mindful hikes begin and end with a personal check in using our THRIVE Compass tool. We then hike to our halfway point and the group is led through a mindfulness exercise before we head back.Our events are
