Join Philly Thrive for the FIRST in-person public meeting on the historic refinery redevelopment where Hilco executives will be present to listen, answer questions, and work to rebuild transparency & accountability. We are excited to focus on key issues around the redevelopment in a public forum with real back-and-forth dialogue – including the site cleanup, flood protection plans, community reinvestment through a CBA, and jobs for residents impacted by the site's history.
