Join the Philadelphia Mycology Club for free public mushroom hunt!**This event is free and open to everyone. The PMC is funded entirely through donations. If you are able, please consider choosing the Donation Ticket option at checkout to give an amount of your choice**Meet at the Hawk Observation Deck parking lot at 1pm. After a brief introduction we will break apart to look for mushrooms. If it is your first time and/or you feel like you need guidance you will be able to follow more experienced members. Join the PMC for our fall social!For the 5th year in a row we'll be getting together to socialize, eat, carve pumpkins, and see who makes the best maitake (or other mushroom) jerky. Everyone is invited! This year we are also doing a costume contest, mushroom themed costumes are highly encouraged. Winner will receive a PMC merch bundle and bragging rights. ** IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DISH to share please make a list of all the ingredients used, to be displayed on the table. We will provide index cards if you need them. If your dish contains wild mushrooms
