All materials will be provided, but if you want to bring paper of your own, please do.
Learn to make your own figurative collage reproductions of canonical Black women's book covers. Materials and guidance provided.This collage workshop will include materials and guidance on cutting and adhering, with an emphasis on using metallic and glitter papers. Everyone will have a chance to leave with their own completed collage.The event will be after the April 26th A Deeply Rooted Trolley Tour, put on by Harriett's Bookshop, though attendance at one event is not required to attend the other. Both events are held on Indie Book Day, though, so it might be fun to make a full day of it,
