Garden Bros. Circus is back in Philly and we'll be there for opening to protest the abuse and exploitation of horse, ponies, dogs and other animals for its two shows on opening day. Like all circuses that force animals to perform, Garden Bros. Circus has a long history of violations of the Animal Welfare Act, including failing to provide two elephants with adequate care and shelter.
