Eugene Black Crow Sr., is an Oglala Lakota of the Oglala Sioux Tribe in Pine Ridge reservation, South Dakota. He is the founder and director of the Lakhota Woglakapo Project which provides free tutoring lessons to Lakhota community members to preserve their language.
