  • Homeschooler Days: Fungi!

A day to explore the wonderful kingdom of Fungi! We think of fungi as tasty (or dangerous) to eat and important decomposers, but they are remarkable in and of themselves and in their relationships with trees.  We will not be harvesting wild mushrooms, but we will be searching for them, learning about their roles in the garden, and how we use their relative, yeast, in baking.
