    Rework the Runway is a sustainable fashion show and design competition happening on Earth Day 2024 at North Bowl in Philadelphia. 10-15 hand-selected Philly-based designers will use secondhand clothing and recycled materials to create one-of-a-kind reworked looks to be featured in a fashion show. The winner of the competition will win a full 4-way rack inside Urban Exchange Project to sell their items at full profit for 2 months as well as a First Friday event highlighting their residency. Urban Exchange Project will also be releasing its line of recycled and reworked pieces in the 2nd portion of the show.

    We think that beverage of yours needs a buddy--a coaster! Make that two! We’ll explore the design process from concept to production to go home with our very own pair of coasters. If you haven't tried tufting before, now's your chance in this design experience of discovery and exploration. What to expect: We'll talk to Jayquan and his own journey with tufting, sketch and design our own coasters, learn how to use the tools, and tuft a pair of coasters about 4-inches in diameter to take home.
