Now + Then Marketplace is back around Thunderbird Salvage & The Fishtown Flatiron for a MEGA MARKET w/ Philly's longest running flea market, Phila Flea Markets. One of the largest markets of the year, the MEGA market surrounds 3 whole city blocks along Frankford Ave, Trenton Ave, & York Street and hosts over 200 local vendors. Vendors range from antique dealers and local artists to local drinks from Two Robbers and macaroons from 1984 Cakes As always the market is free to attend, dog, and kid friendly. Many of us know the relief that comes from stepping outside, breathing fresh air, and reconnecting with the natural world. Join environmental neuroscientist Marc Berman, PhD, and psychologist and neuroscientist Emily Falk, PhD, for an engaging conversation on the science behind nature’s restorative effects. They will explore how time in natural environments can boost energy, sharpen focus, lift mood, and support mental and physical well-being. Marc Berman, PhD, is a Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Environmental Neuroscience Lab at the University of Chicago. He
