    Join Cliveden, the African American Genealogy Group of Philadelphia, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and PWPvideo on Wednesday, March 12th at 7pm to share work and debut three videos for our project, Illuminating Hidden Lives. The project seeks to uplift stories of free and enslaved African Americans in the Mid-Atlantic region and make these stories more accessible through digitizing documents and film. Airy Learning Tree Winter Class Learn about famous artists from the 18th and 19th centuries including John Smibert, John Wollaston and Germantown locals James Reid and George Cochran Lambdin while exploring the portraits at Cliveden.     Learn about Lafayette's visit to Germantown 200 years ago this month as we retrace some of his steps. The tour will take approximately an hour and a half and cover 1.5 miles. There will be times to stop and sit during the walk. Please wear appropriate footwear and bring a drink if needed.     Our bus tour of the Wingohocking Watershed, led by Adam Levine, Philadelphia Water Department historical consultant and webmaster of WaterHistoryPHL.org, will give you a view of the underbelly of the city that you might never have thought about before.
