WMAN's Historic Preservation Initiative champions the economic, environmental, and community benefits of saving our historic places. Increase your knowledge on common house care topics through this three part workshop series. On Tuesday, April 22nd, Ray Tschoepe and Andrew Staples will lead a class on masonry - mortar and brick.   • Free First Friday: Paint with Plants

    All materials included: small canvas and easel, and plant based paints made on the Delaware River Waterfront from local plants. Bonnie MacAllister is a third year Resident Artist at Cherry Street Pier. Her studio practice involves interactive collaborative workshops demonstrating her studio practice of embroidery, felting, natural dyeing, and recycled textiles. Her embroidery has been exhibited at the New York Public Library, McLean Project for the Arts, the New School / Parsons, the State Museum of Pennsylvania. the Woodmere Museum, Yellowstone Art Museum, Trenton City Museum, and Sandy Spring Museum. Bonnie is the recipient of a Fulbright-Hays to Ethiopia (2009)
