BirdPhilly Bird Walk at Tacony Creek Park

Please join us for a bird walk at this underappreciated park in NE Philly! We should see warblers, thrushes, and sparrows while spring migration is slowly ramping up. We will meet at the Ramona Ave entrance (40.016572, -75.107705) and walk about 2-3 miles. Dress for weather. TTF provides binoculars!   Birding backpacks with binoculars and field guides are now back on loan at the following local Philly libraries: Andorra, Cobbs Creek, Cecil B. An upcoming virtual gathering sponsored by the Valley Forge Audubon Society, Flying Free: Birds at the Schuylkill Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic, will discuss the rehabilitation process for avian patients.
