Join us at The Crane Local Gallery on February 9 from 6 - 9 PM for the Public Reception for the poignant exhibition "Unquiet Fury" From January 28 through March 11, 2023 the InLiquid is pleased to present Unquiet Fury: The Women's Uprising in Iran a solo show by the Iranian American, Nazanin Moghbeli that was made in response to the cultural uprising that began in 2021 and was led by women. Moghbeli’s work abstracts traditional Persian calligraphy and combines it with Farsi poetry and fragments of CIA documents, capturing the undulating course of Iranian culture and national identity.

Every Second Thursday, The Clay Studio joins Crane Arts and NextFab in Second Thursday Gallery Nights, where galleries along the North American Street Arts Corridor are open late to highlight the neighborhood’s creative community. At The Clay Studio, visitors can take a guided tour of the latest exhibition in the Jill Bonovitz Gallery and hear exhibiting artists talk at 6:30 p.m. In March, The Clay Studio will feature, Figuring Space, an exhibition comprised of full-scale, figurative sculptures by 12 leading ceramic artists from around the United States.
