Bird Box Workshop at the Discovery Center
Join Audubon Mid-Atlantic and Glen Foerd in learning how to create a bird box for your own home or green space! Audubon Mid-Atlantic and Glen Foerd both share a mission of maintaining local ecosystems along the Schuylkill and Delaware River, and this is where your stewardship can help. We will begin the workshop with a bird tour around Discovery Center and discuss why bird boxes (also known as nesting boxes) are essential to birds due to the decline of natural habitats.
