Dark-eyed Juncos and White-throated Sparrows flit about the underbrush, Eastern Bluebirds hunt from their posts in the farm fields, and sometimes even Eastern Towhees can be spotted in the thickets. As an ecologist and avid birder, Connor has the privilege of working closely with birds in both the field and the hand.
