Enjoy the quiet mornings in the garden with this introductory-level, easy-to-learn set of 20 movements which offer a myriad of benefits including reductions in tension and chronic pain, plus improved balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih® is an adaptive and enjoyable program that can easily be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Join us for a riveting evening with Dorian Anderson to learn about his exciting yearlong adventure as he took a two-wheeled eco-friendly twist on the Big Year project, where a birdwatcher tries to observe as many species as possible during a calendar year. He ultimately survived subzero temperatures, drifting snow, gusting winds, lightning storms, mountainous ascents, dog attacks, crumbling roads, and several accidents. By the end of his travels, he had spotted 618 bird species across 18,000 miles of biking!
