Community Music Scholars Program Virtual Auditions

Temple University

The CMSP Upper Division will be accepting virtual auditions up to September 1, 2025. There is no fee to audition, registration is required. Please visit https://boyer.temple.edu/musicprep/CMSP to view season information and find the application link. The CMSP Upper Division seeks to support school music programs by providing individual instrumental instruction and other activities for students and families living in Philadelphia with limited financial means. In addition to individual lessons and music theory classes, students can participate in large performing ensemble experience in strings, winds and jazz. House Tour of the Raymond Farm 1:00 PM- 2:30 PM RFC co-director John DeFazio AIA will lead a historic tour of the Raymond Farm House. 120 acres currently make up the Raymond Farm, which were purchased by Antonin and Noémi Raymond in 1938. The Raymonds were attracted to the property due to the sturdy construction of both the bank barn and Quaker farmhouse. Within a few years, the Raymonds had a bustling modern farm, which also served as an atelier where architects and artists came to hone their craft.
