Solar energy is now more accessible and coming on line faster than ever before. Thanks to historic climate wins such as Biden’s Affordable Clean Energy Law, more Pennsylvanians can access the benefits of a whole range of environmentally friendly upgrades. Through the Inflation Reduction Act you can now receive a 30% Federal Tax Credit for rooftop solar which is propelling this incredibly promising energy source ahead across the nation. However, rooftop solar is an impractical option for many people, including renters across Pennsylvania, with renters accounting for nearly half of all households in Philadelphia.
