Calling all dessert & baking lovers! Join Philly Bakes A Book! For our first baking book pick we will be baking from Dessert Person by Claire Saffitz. Claire Saffitz is a food writer and chef. This baking book is full of more than 100 recipes ranging from simple loaf cakes and cookies to fruit tarts and towering layer cakes.
