Join us for a transformative workshop on how nutrition and food can help balance your nervous system!
Yoga of Nutrition and Food – in a welcoming, supportive group webinar, learn how Yoga movement, breathing, and mental patterns intersect with nutrition and health. With Yoga philosophy lessons, practice exercises, and option at home self study assessments, there’s something for everyone here. In his third session, “Balancing The Nervous System”, Dan will share how when our mind nervous system is balanced, we make better choices. Learn to cultivate a balanced nervous system with a guided exercise and discussion around lifestyle habits.
This virtual offering will be hosted on Zoom on Dec 3rd from 6:30-7:30pm. You will receive a zoom link to atted the workshop after your register.
Co-op member Dan Rosenak is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), educator, and owner of Flow State Yoga Therapy. Dan finds great meaning in helping others realize a better version of themselves in body, mind, and spirit with Yoga philosophy, lifestyle habits, and practice; specializing in working with athletes. Based in Ambler with his family, Dan’s two young sons are also enthusiastic co-op shoppers at the Ambler store.
