Whole Grains: A Taste of African Heritage

Join us for a delicious whole grain, vegetarian dish inspired by the African Diaspora and the continent which has the most native grains.

has its own species of rice, along with millet, barley, sorghum, teff, varieties of wheat, and other wild grains and cereals.

Eating whole grains gives your body extra vitamins, minerals, fiber… all of which are essential to good health.
