Join us for a free community walk in the Wissahickon with Sacred Seeds. Parents, caregivers and little ones welcomed!

Wellness Nature Walk

Date: Sunday June 14th

Time: 10:30 – 12:30 pm

Location: Valley Green Park, Henry Avenue Entrance

Let us dedicate Sunday morning to something simple, nourishing, and free. 🌿 We’ll walk the Valley Green Trail, a stroller-friendly path perfect for our tiniest explorers, while offering plenty of beauty, wonder, and natural stimulation for the bigger ones too. Give yourself (and your family) this moment to breath in fresh air, move our bodies in ways that feel good, let the children be free to explore, and meet other families within the community.

A few good things to keep in mind:

  • We’ll be starting the walk promptly at 10:45pm, so please try to come on time!
  • Remember to bring plenty of water and snacks
  • Keep an eye on the weather that day and dress accordingly
  • All ages are welcomed – we’ll be on a stroller friendly path for the extra tiny explorers
