VU PHL & Friends of the Wissahickon

Friends of the Wissahickon take care and support 1,800 acres of the Wissahickon Valley Park for both people and wildlife!
We’ll be meeting at the Ridge Ave Trailhead!
What we will be doing on Saturday, April 20, 9AM – 12 PM:
VU will help FOW with litter removal, trail corridor cleaning, trail mud clearing, and tree planting

Parking & Transportation
- Parking: We highly suggest carpooling! You can park in the nearby movie theatr lot but there is no dedicated lot. Please do not park in the Deke’s Drive Through!
- Nearby buses routes: we recommend using the trip planner to make it easier frequent options
- Regional Rail: Wissahickon R6 SEPTA Station
