How do we create the world we wish to be a part of? Visual imagery is a powerful tool towards manifesting the future you are creating. In this creative work session Sara will guide you through a grounding visualization exercise dreaming our biggest dreams and magical experiences, aligning individual purpose and collective purpose.
Vision boarding isn’t about materials you wish to acquire but rather the ways you wish to feel and experiences you wish to have and share.
Each of us will create our own unique vision board to take home as well as a collaborative VISION board to share with our commUNITY.
Sara will have samples on hand and plenty of collaging materials to get started. You are welcome to bring along your own materials, cutouts and scissors. Sharing vision boarding best practices a guided meditation to inspire and uplift, you’ll leave with a visual guide to support your highest self on your highest timeline.
Materials provided, bring along journaling materials as ideas may arise in process.

We are a healing space that offers natural medicinal products, nutrient food and beverage, gallery of local inspiring artists, transformative experiences, and a space to gather for the whole family. d’griot collaborates with the local economy to amplify more light in the ‘hood for the black, brown, and local community.
