November 15, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Meet at Crefeld trailhead- Crefeld St. near Norman Lane. Park on Crefeld.
Please join Andi, Debbie, and Jim as we hike the Wissahickon in November. They will show how the flora and fauna differs from when they last did this hike in May, as you walk on the Lavender, Orange, and Yellow Trails. The hike also includes visits to some sites of historical interest. Expect a hilly and rocky terrain and one steep climb on this hike.
Children 12 years and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult, but please no dogs other than service animals.
Distance: 3 miles
Level: Difficult (many inclines and declines, uneven surfaces)
Registration is required for all hikes so that participants can be informed of weather or other emergency cancellations. We ask all event attendees to bring a mask and mask up if a distance of six feet cannot be maintained during the activity. If you or anyone in your household are exhibiting COVID-19 systems, please stay home. More information is at fow.org/covid-19.
