blew kind has trained over 100 people in tea preparation over the past 14 years with her previous cafes Leotah’s Place and Franny Lous Porch in Philadelphia. She loves the process, the connection to the land, and creating restful, energizing experiences for others around tea.
This is a great opportunity for current baristas and managers to hone in their skills as well as the rest of us. 🙂
What to expect:
- Learn about brewing styles and benefits for various forms tea: Black, Green, Herbal, Roots, and Mate.
- Identify tea in your neighborhood to forage
- Hands on experience
