Aimée Alegría Barry, Centaur Tai Chi

Tai Chi, a series of postures done slowly, promotes balance, flexibility, and strength. Learn the Tai Chi form, as well as the yin and yang principles that underlie this martial art. Tai Chi is known as a soft martial art because it emphasizes a calm mind and relaxed body.

All levels welcome. Classes will be held outdoors with an indoor option for inclement weather.

Members: $48/4-week series

Non-Members: $68/4-week series
