Sustainability Tour of Campus

Over the past few years, Haverford has been working hard to become a more sustainable campus and we have been ranked among the top ten zero-waste college campuses (created by the Post-Landfill Action Network – PLAN) since 2021. From green roofs to aerobic digestion, learn the many ways Haverford’s physical campus reflects the work of students, staff, and faculty in fighting climate change. This tour will be led by Jesse Lytle, Claudia Kent, and Jennie Kelly who all work on sustainable aspects of campus. The tour is a part of our alumni weekend programming. If you are Haverford College alumni please register through the alumni weekend website. Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather!
