Sunrise Hike & Yoga with Cole

Join us on Tuesdays this fall for a guided hike and restorative yoga series led by Cole Hooley.

We’ll begin with a short peaceful hike on the Belmont and Trolley Trails, stopping at several points to meditate and reflect on nature under the guidance of Cole Hooley, an experienced mindfulness instructor. Cole will help hone your ears to nature’s sounds and connect your heart to the earth’s healing energy.

Next, we’ll find a comfortable spot near the trail for 45 minutes of yoga practice with an emphasis on healing, meditation, and connection to nature.
