Strawberry Moon Festival – Join us for a Guided Sunset Mediation and Fire Ceremony
presented by SweetSoulsCare at Maple Acres Farm
Full moon celebrations have been around since the dawn of time and are reflective of the natural cycles to which we are all subconsciously affected. Like the tides, we ebb and flow. We have good days, and bad. Full moon tides frequently lead to flooding, so is it any wonder we often get overwhelmed at this time of the month?
These same natural cycles allow us to dive deep into our psyches at this time, and do some real healing work for ourselves. This ebb allows us to release old patterns, beliefs, worries and stagnant energies that block us. During full moons, we can even release long held traumas and fears that have held us back from our true selves and for moving ahead in our lives with confidence.
We take the time to sit together, be reflective, enjoy fashioning some art and crafts, feed our troubles to the fish, and burn our worries away in the fire. Next we set intentions for what lies ahead and make plans to manifest the future we truly want. This is an exercise in self-love and self-care to leave you feeling lighter, more joyous and less stressed.
Have trouble meditating? Not a problem! Guided movement meditation is great for everyone, especially for those whose minds are bogged down too many thoughts, or with the daily stresses of life and can’t seem to quiet their brains. For those with autism/ADHD, movement meditation is fantastic because the neuro-spicy love to rock and roll and move and are often inhibited by sitting in full lotus trying to quiet an exquisite mind. We have tips and tricks and lots of gentle somatic movements that unblock the energy centers in our bodies and allow for the flow.
So find your flow! Join us on the Strawberry Moon to release the toxic nonsense, call back your power and shine!
Refreshments, crafts, and critters too!
In the event of rain, our party will move under cover…
