Story and Stroll

Events Director (and kid at heart) Martha Moore will present age-appropriate and seasonally inspired stories and strolls to encourage a love of books and nature in young children.
This month’s book is In November by Cynthia Rylant.
Families with young children (ages 18 months to 5 years) are invited to attend these nature discovery events designed to inspire a sense of wonder about the natural world. After all, today’s children are tomorrow’s conservationists.
Through the sharing of stories, each playful exploration engages both adults and children as we make new discoveries about the plants and animals in the forest. Families are welcome to stay after the event to enjoy a picnic from home.
