Do you want to meet down-to-earth business owners, but dread networking?
Us, too.
That’s why we created Wellstruck Roundtables, where empathy-minded business owners gather for real connection and conversations with depth.
We keep it small so each person has a seat at the table. Wellstruck founder, Sarah Zero, moderates the conversation in a way that feels natural and effortless.
You’ll leave feeling energized and motivated to get sh*t done.

Host
Sarah Zero is the founder of Wellstruck, a community for empathy-driven entrepreneurs who crave a nourishing home base with friends that challenge and champion each other.
At Wellstruck, Sarah curates and facilitates an intimate membership community, mastermind groups, and a podcast — all with the goal of inspiring conversations and relationships between folks who are committed to using their core genius for good. Informed by her expertise in brand strategy and experiential events, her move to community development was driven by a deep belief in the power of small business owners working collaboratively.
Beginning with intimate roundtable discussions in 2013, Sarah perfected a magic format that inspired real, vulnerable conversation and collaborative problem-solving to combat loneliness and imposter syndrome.
Since then, Sarah has:
hosted 100+ roundtables (in-person and virtual);
worked with 500+ business owners throughout the U.S. mid-Atlantic;
survived ovarian cancer;
spoken on conference panels and podcasts; and
honed her moderation technique to inspire connection, curiosity, courage, and confidence.
Beyond work, Sarah can be found playing weekly Quizzo with friends in Philly, taking a pottery class with her partner, exploring the neighborhood creek, and devouring the work of Brené Brown, Elyse Myers, Priya Parker, Nedra Glover Tawwab, and Tig Notaro.
